SDR -
Sales Development Representative
Keepy is a SaaS platform that helps manage developer retention processes, caters to employee needs, and promotes healthy work environments. We’re the co-pilot for any HR that operates in a remote or hybrid working environment, and the personal helper to development team leaders. We are looking for a superhero SDR to play a critical role in scaling Keepy's growth in the US market.
Primary responsibilities

Generate a sales pipeline through cold-calling, email sequences, LinkedIn connections, and other channels.

Create targeted quality lists of potential leads.

Set up quality meetings and demos.

Move solid leads through marketing funnels to drive sales

Build and foster relationships with customers

Understand customer needs and competitive offerings

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet the company's goals

Respond, engage and prequalify inbounds leads.

Keep KPIs: Calls, Emails, Linkedin InMails on a daily basis

Requirements
